What is an "organization"?
An "Organization" is an entity that provides health care, whether a government, a health system, a hospital or a clinic. The "Organization" that is certified is the overarching legal entity. An "Organization" may have many sites of care. Each site must meet the criteria for certification.
Can my have Grand-Aides in my organization?
Absolutely, as long as the organization and sites meet the certification criteria. Grand-Aides, LLC will work with you.
What are the criteria for certification and recertification?
Having only certified supervisors and certified Grand-Aides; having sufficient infrastructure and adequate numbers of patients; keeping up with updates from Grand-Aides, LLC; minimum numbers of patients seen by Grand-Aides.
Can I use this material outside of the Grand-Aides program?
No. Each organization and site will be required to sign a yearly statement that the program (or subsidiaries or derivative program or employees or acquaintances of employees) will not use any materials and will not duplicate materials or sell / give them to others. The program will only teach Grand-Aides within the organization as stated on the certificate that is issued for 5 years after the ending date on the certificate.
